海上平台火灾人员疏散路线优化研究

为分析海上平台发生火灾时作业人员安全疏散情况,对应急疏散提出路径优化建议,使用PyroSim还原海上平台火源被引燃后的烟气蔓延规律,研究烟气温度、能见度、CO体积分数随时间的变化情况,选择各参数最快到达极限值的时刻作为作业人员的可用安全疏散时间.利用Pathfinder将不同场景的火灾情况与作业人员疏散进行耦合,对疏散情况进行综合分析后得到作业人员逃离危险位置所用的必需疏散时间.研究结果表明:钻井区空间和走廊2 风险系数较高.研究结果可对不同初始位置作业人员疏散路径提出优化建议.
Research on optimization of evacuation paths for personnel in offshore platform fire
In order to analyze the safety evacuation situation of operators in the fire on offshore platforms,and put forward the suggestions for path optimization of emergency evacuation,the PyroSim software was used to restore the smoke spread law after the ignition of fire source on offshore platform.The change in smoke temperature,visibility,and CO volume fraction over time was studied,and the fastest time for each parameter to reach the limit value was selected as the available safe evacuation time for operators.The fire situations in different scenarios were coupled with the evacuation of operators by using Pathfinder,and the required safe escape time for operators to escape from dangerous locations was obtained through the comprehensive analy-sis on evacuation situation.The results show that the risk coefficients of drilling area space and corridor 2 are relatively high.The research results propose the optimization suggestions for the evacuation paths of operators at different initial locations.
