Study on influence of dust with different characteristics on effective pulse dust removal pressure of filter cartridge
In order to improve the dust removal problem of dust with different characteristics,three types of dust with different viscosity and particle sizes were chosen,and the industrial dust coating experiments were carried out to investigate the change in the operating resistance of dust remover and the dust removal effect of filter cartridge.The results show that the minimum dust removal pressure of fly ash reaches 748 Pa,which can realize the effective dust removal.for the viscous dust,the influ-ence of dust particle size on dust removal is more significant,and the corresponding system pressure drop and dust residual amount of fine dust are significantly higher than those of coarse dust.The minimum effective dust removal pressure of MgO dust with medium viscosity needs to reach 1 425 Pa,which is even higher for ultrafine MgO.The corresponding system pres-sure drop,pressure drop stabilization time and dust residual amount of CMC-Na dust with high viscosity are much greater than other dust,and its effective dust removal pressure must reach at least 1 657 Pa,so that the dust removal system can oper-ate for a long time.The research results can provide a theoretical reference for industrial application to collect the dust with different characteristics.
