摘要

为推广快速适合性检验方法,针对美国职业安全与健康管理局(OSHA)批准的快速适合性检验程序与标准适合性检验程序之间是否存在显著性差异这一关键问题,基于凝结核粒子计数器的适合性检验方法,选取3种随弃式面罩类型,基于自建脸型库,开展222组标准适合性检验程序与快速适合性检验程序对比实验,对实验数据进行Friedman检验、卡方检验、Spearman相关性分析以及Wilcoxon符号秩检验.研究结果表明:标准适合性检验通过率与快速适合性检验通过率之间存在显著的强正相关关系,标准适合性检验结果与快速适合性检验结果之间无显著性差异.研究结果可为呼吸防护装备适合性检验标准的制修订提供参考.

Abstract

To popularize the fast fit test method,aiming at the key problem that whether there is significant difference between the fast fit test procedure approved by the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA)and the standard fit test procedure,based on the condensation nucleus particle counter fit test method,three types of disposable face-piece were selected.Based on the self-built face database,222 sets of comparative test between the standard fit test procedure and fast fit test procedure were conducted,and the Friedman test,chi-square test,Spearman correlation analysis and Wilcoxon signed rank test were performed on the experimental data.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation be-tween the passing rate of standard fit test and the passing rate of fast fit test,and there is no significant difference between the fit results of standard fit test procedure and the fit results of fast fit test procedure.The research results can provide reference for the development and revision of the fit test standard of respiratory protective equipment.
