Research on core temperature prediction and internal-caused fire warning of power cables in nuclear power plants
Aiming at the problem that a large number of power cables are laid centrally in nuclear power plants and there is a large accumulation of heat inside the cable,which increases the risk of fire,a warning method of internal-caused cable fire using the very early feature of abnormal temperature rise of the cable core conductor was proposed.A transient thermal circuit model of three-core power cable was established,and the corresponding relationship between the surface temperature of outer sheath and the temperature of cable core was determined.The internal-caused fire experiments were carried out to accumulate the experimental data required for research,and an inversion calculation method of cable core temperature based on the Lev-enberg-Marquardt algorithm were put forward.The results show that the real-time inversion calculation of the cable core tem-perature can be achieved by using the surface temperature of outer sheath and the cable current data as the input parameters,and it can solve the problem that the cable core is wrapped in the sheath and has a very high ground voltage,which makes it difficult to measure its temperature,and can not use its temperature rise index as the basis for internal-caused cable fire warn-ing.The research results can provide reference for the early warning of cable fires caused by overheating current.
