Research on influence of storage tank leakage on adjacent buildings based on orthogonal experimental method
In order to accurately assess the influence of accidental leakage of hazardous gas chemicals from storage tanks on the surrounding environment, taking the adjacent buildings as the research objects and combining with the orthogonal experi-mental method, four key factors affecting the diffusion of hazardous gas in the surrounding areas were analyzed with focusing on different indicators. The results show that the leakage position has a significant impact only on the extreme volume fraction of hazardous gas on the windward sides of buildings, and the difference caused by different leakage positions can reach 23.2%.The increase of building density leads to the increase of the average volume fraction of the building area by more than 30%,while the extreme volume fraction of hazardous gas in the building area is reduced by 9.4%and 30.4%,respectively.The influence of distance between nearby buildings and tank group and building density on adjacent buildings(evaluated by range)is 1.5~10 times that of leakage position and gas type. The research results can provide reference for the safety design of chemical industry parks and reasonable avoidance of accident risk.
