基于未确知的高层建筑灭火能力风险评估系统

为了提高高层建筑灭火能力风险评估的准确性,构建基于未确知聚类的高层建筑灭火能力风险评估系统,运用典型火灾事件分析法,结合《建筑防火通用规范》等,重构并建立更为客观的高层建筑灭火能力风险评估指标体系,引入未确知评估方法,构建基于未确知聚类的高层建筑灭火能力风险评估模型,通过MATLAB编程,以8栋典型高层建筑火灾风险调查数据为例,进行实证分析.研究结果表明:构建的高层建筑灭火能力风险评估系统可行有效.研究结果可为城市高层建筑灭火能力风险管理提供参考.
Risk assessment system for fire extinguishing capability of high-rise buildings based on unascertained method
To improve the accuracy of risk assessment for high-rise building fire extinguishing capacity,a risk assessment sys-tem for the fire extinguishing capability of high-rise buildings based on uncertain clustering was constructed.Using the typical fire event analysis method and combining with the building fire protection general code and other regulations,a more objective risk assessment index system for the fire extinguishing capability of high-rise buildings was reconstructed.The unascertained evaluation method was introduced to construct the risk assessment model for the fire extinguishing capability of high-rise buildings based on the unascertained clustering.Through Matlab programming,and taking the fire risk investigation data of eight typical high-rise buildings as example,the case study was conducted.The results show that the risk assessment system for the fire extinguishing capability of high-rise buildings constructed is feasible and effective.The research results can pro-vide reference for the risk management on fire extinguishing capability of urban high-rise buildings.
