Analysis and emergency disposal of coal-to-liquids combustible gas leakage accident based on GIS
In order to implement the effective early-warning and monitoring of chemical leakage in the coal-to-liquids produc-tion process, and quickly carry out the early disposal and accident rescue after the accident, based on the research background of coal-to-liquids leakage, the possible causes and evolution mechanism of coal-to-liquids combustible gas leakage accident were illustrated. The model of coal-to-liquids combustible gas leakage was combined with the geographic information system(GIS)system, and the application mode of combustible gas leakage and diffusion model in the emergency response to the coal-to-liquids combustible gas accident was explored. In addition, the simulation analysis was conducted using the coal-to-liq-uids combustible gas leakage accident as an example, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the emergency rescue system for the coal-to-liquids combustible gas leakage accident under GIS integration were preliminarily verified. The results show that the simulation scheme obtained by the coal-to-liquids combustible gas leakage and diffusion model under GIS system can achieve the affected area of the accident, the shortest time of emergency materials transportation, and the optimal response path of emergency teams. It can provide reference for the basic data of work safety emergency resource allocation and scientific decision-making of emergency command, and also provide a feasible reference method for urban safety comprehensive rescue and regional collaborative rescue.
