社会互动视角下应急信息扩散的复杂网络演化研究

为揭示数字时代变革带来的灾害应急情景下,信息扩散呈现出社会主体交互的复杂规则特征,基于社会互动理论并运用复杂网络演化博弈方法,分别构建小世界和无标度2 种属性特点的应急信息扩散网络结构;运用数值仿真建模,分析扩散收益、政府引导、信息传播等因素对于不同社会互动规则网络的影响.研究结果表明:正面扩散以及互动溢出效应下的协同收益对主体积极行为激励明显,无标度互动结构的平均路径长与聚类系数低等特征会导致其在政府引导和收益激励下收敛速度均弱于小世界互动网络结构,但其幂律分布特性导致其在意见领袖舆论爆发时迅速影响微观主体行为,相关政府需要针对不同社会互动网络结构扩散特征采取相应引导策略加以调控.研究结果可为相关政府分类施策引导应急信息,使其正向有效扩散提供理论参考.
Study on evolution of complex network of emergency information diffusion from perspective of social interaction
In order to reveal the complex rule characteristics of social subject interaction in information diffusion under the disaster emergency scenarios brought about by the reform of digital age,the network structures of emergency information diffu-sion with two attribute characteristics of small world and scale-free 2 were constructed respectively based on the social interac-tion theory and the complex network evolutionary game method.The numerical simulation modeling was used to analyze the influence of diffusion benefit,government guidance,information dissemination and other factors on the networks with different social interaction rules.The results show that the synergistic benefit under the positive diffusion and interaction spillover effect have obvious incentive for the positive behavior of subjects.The long average path and low clustering coefficient of scale-free interaction structure lead to its convergence rate under government guidance and benefit incentive is weaker than that of small world interaction network structure,but its power-law distribution characteristics lead to its rapid influence on the behavior of micro-subjects when the public opinion of opinion leaders breaks out.The government needs to adopt the corresponding guid-ance strategies to regulate the diffusion characteristics of different social interaction network structures.The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the government to guide the positive and effective diffusion of emergency information with classification policies.
