摘要

为研究复合式空气过滤棉的阻力特性,选择3 层复合空气过滤棉作为主要研究对象,通过实验系统地研究荷尘速率对其阻力变化的影响,并与过滤纸进行对比.研究结果表明:在相同过滤风速下,荷尘质量浓度越低,过滤棉阻力上升速度越快;过滤棉等级越低,荷尘质量浓度对其阻力增长影响越大,归一化阻力随单位面积荷尘质量的增长越快;过滤风速对过滤棉归一化阻力的增长有影响,过滤风速越大,归一化阻力增长越缓慢,但对效率较高的过滤棉影响不大.相同荷尘条件下,相较于过滤纸,过滤棉的归一化阻力上升更慢;基于实验归纳得到 3 层复合空气过滤棉的阻力增长特性方程.研究结果可为其使用寿命预测提供参考.

Abstract

In order to study the resistance characteristics of composite air filter cotton,taking the three-layer composite air fil-ter cotton as the main research object,the influence of dust loading rate on its resistance change was systematically studied through experiments,and it was compared with the filter paper.The results show that under the same filtering wind velocity,the lower the dust loading mass concentration,the faster the rising speed of filter cotton resistance.The lower the grade of air filter cotton,the greater the influence of dust loading mass concentration on its resistance growth,and the faster the normalized resistance increases with the dust loading mass per unit area.The filtering wind velocity has the influence on the growth of normalized resistance of filter cotton,the higher the filtering wind velocity,the slower the growth of normalized resistance,but it has little effect on the filter cotton with higher efficiency.Under the same dust loading conditions,compared to filter paper,the normalized resistance of filter cotton increases more slowly.Based on the experiment,the resistance growth characteristic equation of three-layer composite air filter cotton was obtained.The research results can provide reference for its service life prediction.
