Risk evolution model of engineering safety accidents based on energy transfer theory
To effectively understand the complex coupling and evolution characteristics of risk factors in the engineering safety accidents, the evolution process of risk energy in the engineering accidents was deeply analyzed by using the energy transfer theory model, and the occurrence mechanism of safety incidents was revealed. The types and characteristics of hazardous ener-gy in the prone accidents of construction engineering field were systematically analyzed.A coupling model of risk factors and hazard energy in the safety accidents was constructed based on the accident process, and the evolution mechanism of the haz-ardous energy transfer path and the risk accumulation and release process law in the engineering accidents was revealed. The results show that the process of hazard energy transfer leading to risk is complex, with a strong coupling between engineering safety risk factors and hazardous energy. The risk factors such as construction activity, machinery, and environment can initiate the generation and accumulation of hazardous energy in engineering ontology, exhibiting the change of generation, release, transfer, and dissipation.Due to the management constraint failure, the hazardous energy is released disorderly through the path of energy carrier to the engineering body, which leads to the risk accidents. The method of engineering hazardous energy isolation system based on the idea of coupling and decoupling can effectively support the dynamic isolation control of hazard-ous energy. The research results can provide useful ideas and decision support for the analysis and prevention of engineering safety accidents.
