Research on influence of ethical leadership on miners'blame avoidance behavior——a chain intermediary model
In order to study the influencing mechanism of ethical leadership on the blame avoidance behavior of miners, how the ethical leadership affected the miners'blame avoidance behavior by influencing their sense of state responsibility,organi-zational identity, institutional environment and risk perception was discussed.Considering the mediating role of four influen-cing factors as mediator variables between ethical leadership and miners'blame avoidance behavior,a multi-path mediation model was constructed.By issuing questionnaires to coal mines,a structural equation model was constructed to verify the theo-retical hypothesis. The results show that the ethical leadership can enhance the miners'sense of state responsibility,organiza-tional identity, and degree of fulfillment of institutional rules, while the miners'sense of state responsibility, organizational identity, and degree of fulfillment of institutional rules present a significant negative correlation with the miners'blame avoid-ance behavior. The four mediator variables of sense of state responsibility, organizational identity, institutional rules, and risk perception present a significant mediation effect. The research results can provide theoretical support for the coal mining enter-prises to reduce the miners'blame avoidance behavior by optimizing leadership styles.
