In order to explore the mechanism of informal status affecting safety voice behavior, based on literature research and theoretical analysis, two mediating variables, including relative deprivation and psychological ownership, were introduced to establish a hypothetical model of the relationship between the four.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 468 miners with the help of a maturity scale, and the hypothetical model was analyzed and verified by applying SPSS 26.0 and Amos 24.0.The results show that the informal status has a significant positive influence on safety voice behavior, the relative deprivation and psychological ownership mediate the influence of informal status on safety voice behavior, respectively, and the relative deprivation and psychological ownership play a chain mediating role in the relationship between informal status and safety voice behavior. The research results not only expand the influence mechanism of informal status on safety voice behavior, but also provide a reference for the safety management of coal mines.
