摘要
为测量具有高流动性、临时性和行为不便监督性等特征的建筑工人安全心理资本水平,采用内容分析、项目分析、信度分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析以及相关分析等方法,探索和验证其内容和结构,并编制其测量量表.研究结果表明:建筑工人安全心理资本确有其独特的结构,开发的量表包含警惕性、开放性、韧性、安全自我效能感、安全信念和宜人性 6 个维度、32个题项;同时,量表具有较好的信度和效度.研究结果可为安全心理资本的深入研究及基于安全心理资本提升的安全管理方式提供可用工具和科学参考.
Abstract
In order to measure the level of safety psychological capital of construction workers with the characteristics of high mobility,temporality and inconvenient supervision of behavior,etc.,its contents and structure were explored and verified by using the content analysis,item analysis,reliability analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,correla-tion analysis,and other methods,and its measurement scale was developed.The results show that the safety psychological cap-ital of construction workers indeed has its unique structure,and the developed scale includes 6 dimensions,namely vigilance,openness,resilience,safety self-efficacy,safety belief and agreeableness,and the corresponding 32 items.Meanwhile,the scale has good reliability and validity.The research results can provide the feasible tool and scientific reference for the in-depth study of safety psychological capital and the safety management mode based on the improvement of safety psychological cap-ital.
