Study on gas mixing law in commissioning process of large-diameter long-distance hydrogen pipeline
In order to solve the problem of commissioning safety caused by unclear understanding of the commissioning gas mixing law of hydrogen pipeline in engineering practice,a pilot study on gas replacement law in the commissioning process of large-diameter long-distance hydrogen pipeline was made.A commissioning model of hydrogen pipeline was established, and its reliability was verified. The influence of replacement speed and pipe inclination on the development of gas mixing was dis-cussed.The results show that the gas mixing process can be divided into three stages according to the gas mixing characteris-tics and growth rate. The commissioning replacement speed of hydrogen pipeline should be significantly higher than that speci-fied in the relevant specifications of natural gas commissioning to ensure the safety of gas mixing.Compared with the inclined pipeline, the horizontal pipeline has a longer gas mixing section and a larger amount of nitrogen dosage, therefore, the gas mix-ing volume predicted by the horizontal pipeline in the actual project is the safest. The research results can provide theoretical suggestions for safe operation of commissioning in long-distance hydrogen pipeline and provide reference for relevant standard system on the safe construction of hydrogen pipelines.
