化学品相容性事故分析及研究进展

为降低化学品相容性事故风险,推进化学品安全科学管理,探讨我国国内(不含港澳台)化学品相容性事故的发展趋势与共性问题,综述国内外化学品相容性相关标准、查询工具以及测试技术等方面的研究进展并提出研究展望.研究结果表明:化学品相容性识别是危险化学品事故预防的基础;目前的化学品相容性法规标准、数据库和查询工具能够提供部分化学品相容性的定性结果,但缺少风险的定量信息;现有的化学品相容性测试方法主要针对特殊物质建立,测试场景单一,而对于普通化学品的适用性较差;未来关于化学品相容性的研究应更加侧重于普适性的化学品相容性试验评估技术、相容性预测技术和智能决策软件开发.研究结果可为化学品相容性研究和化学品安全科学管理提供参考.
Accident analysis and research progress of chemical compatibility
In order to reduce the risk of chemical compatibility accidents and promote the safe and scientific management of chemical compatibility,the development trend and common issues of in China(not including Hong Kong,Macao,and Tai-wan)chemical compatibility accidents were discussed,and the research progress in the standards,query tools,and testing techniques related to chemical compatibility at home and abroad was reviewed,and the research prospects were proposed.The results show that the identification of chemical compatibility is the basis for preventing related accidents.The current regula-tions,standards,databases,and query tools for chemical compatibility provide qualitative results on the compatibility of par-tial?chemicals,but lacking the quantitative information of risk.The compatibility testing methods are established for special substances,with single testing scenario and poor applicability to ordinary chemicals.Future research on chemical compatibility should focus on the universal chemical compatibility testing and evaluation techniques,as well as the compatibility prediction techniques and intelligent decision-making software development.The research results can provide reference for the research in the field of chemical compatibility and safety scientific management.
