非金属管道在油气田中的应用及完整性管理技术研究进展

为研究非金属管道在油气田中的应用情况及完整性管理技术进展,解决非金属管道由于种类繁多、功能特性和材料结构各异而引起的选型困难、标准执行不统一、埋地管道探测、无损检测和管道失效预测等方法选用不适合的问题,通过查阅文献、技术交流、实地调研和数据整合等方法,总结油气田建设常用非金属管道的分类、结构和功能特点、应用条件和范围、执行的标准体系,以及埋地非金属管道探测、无损检测、管道失效分析及预测的技术和方法,针对非金属管道数据采集、风险评价、寿命预测方法等完整性管理关键技术方面提出相关对策,并对非金属管道的发展提出相关建议.研究结果可为非金属管道在油气田领域的进一步推广应用提供有效支撑.
Research progress on application and integrity management technology of non-metallic pipelines in oil and gas fields
In order to study the progress on the application status and integrity management technology of non-metallic pipe-lines in the oil and gas fields,and solve the problems of difficult type selection,inconsistent standard implementation,unsuita-ble method selection of buried pipeline detection,non-destructive testing and pipeline failure prediction caused by wide varie-ties,different functional characteristics and material structures of non-metallic pipelines,by means of literature review,techni-cal exchange,field investigation and data integration,the classification,structure and function characteristics,application con-ditions and scope,and standard system of non-metallic pipelines commonly used in oil and gas field construction were summa-rized,as well as the techniques and methods of detection,non-destructive testing,pipeline failure analysis and prediction of the buried non-metallic pipeline.The relevant countermeasures were put forward for the key technologies of integrity manage-ment such as data acquisition,risk assessment and life prediction methods of non-metallic pipelines,and the relevant sugges-tions were put forward for the development of non-metallic pipelines.The research results can provide effective support for the further promotion and application of non-metallic pipelines in the oil and gas fields.
