Study on influencing factors of dust mass concentration measurement based on CCD scattering pattern method
In order to reduce the relative error of dust mass concentration measurement relative by the continuous on-line charge-coupled device(CCD)sensor camera scattering pattern method, and improve the accuracy of this method, the theoreti-cal research and experimental validation were carried out under different incident color lights, particle sizes, camera sensor photoreceptor positions, and interacting influencing factors.Aiming at the statistical random particle properties of photons, the independent samples T-test and mean difference test based on single factor variance analysis were conducted on the measured data. The results show that the measured mass concentration of large particles tend to be lower, with the smooth curve.Due to the"double peak"phenomenon, the mass concentration curve of small particles present the fluctuation. To minimize the measurement relative errors, red linear laser incidence should be selected as much as possible under the premise of without al-tering the position of camera sensor. The research results can provide a reference for the improvement and calibration of opti-cal measuring devices for dust mass concentration.
