考虑认知心理的综合客运枢纽导向标识系统详细设计

为探究综合客运枢纽导向标识系统设计方法,首先,在分析乘客引导信息需求的基础上,建立基于认知心理学的乘客与信息交互模型;其次,考虑标识版面信息展示能力和安装角度,建立基于多目标优化的综合客运枢纽导向标识系统设计模型,提出启发式算法求解模型,解决多个优化设计方案难以选择的难题;最后,将该模型应用于枢纽换乘层导向标识系统设计.研究结果表明:本文模型能够得出满足乘客引导需求且最经济的导向标识系统设计方案;参数敏感性分析得出通过减少乘客注意力干扰或降低客流拥挤度可减少标识和信息数量,且本文模型能够得出最优的引导信息字符尺寸.研究结果可为面向乘客友好的导向标识系统详细设计提供有效的理论方法.
Detailed design of guidance signage system in comprehensive passenger transportation hub considering cognitive psychology
The guidance service provided by the guidance signage system will directly affect the distribution efficiency of pas-senger flow in the comprehensive passenger transportation hub(CPTH),so the design method of guidance signage system in CPTH was studied.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the guidance information demand of passengers,an interactive model be-tween passengers and information based on the cognitive psychology was established.Secondly,a design model of guidance signage system in CPTH based on multi-objective optimization was built after considering information presentation ability and installation angle of signage layout,and a heuristic algorithm was proposed to solve the model,so as to solve the problem that multiple optimization design schemes are difficult to select.Finally,the proposed model was applied in the design of guidance signage system in transfer floor of a CPTH.The results show that the proposed model can provide the most economical design scheme of guidance signage system that meets the demands of passenger guidance.The sensitive analysis results show that the number of signages and information can be reduced by reducing the passenger attention interference or passenger flow conges-tion,and the optimal letter size of guidance information can be obtained by the model.The research results can provide an ef-fective theoretical method for the detailed design of passenger-friendly guidance signage system.
