Influence of electrically heated gloves on hand dexterity of medical staff in low-temperature environment
To explore the cold-resistant ability of electrically heated gloves in low-temperature environment and its influence on the hand dexterity of medical staff during outdoor sampling,the-20 ℃ low-temperature environment provided by the cli-mate chamber was used to conduct the hand skin temperature change and grasping tests of subjects wearing different gloves, and the subjective thermal sensation of subjects'hands in the grasping test was recorded. The results show that in the low-temperature environment of-20 ℃,compared with the initial temperature, the average hand skin temperature of subjects wearing the electrically heated electric gloves increased by 7.275 ℃ in heating status and decreased by 21.425 ℃ when weating the medical sampling gloves within 30 minutes.Compared with the medical sampling gloves, the electrically heated gloves can effectively reduce the influence of low-temperature on the hand dexterity. From room temperature to low-tempera-ture environment, the work efficiency of subjects wearing electrically heated gloves increases by 4.3%within 20 minutes, and the influence rate on hand dexterity drops from 42.1%at normal temperature to 39.6%at low-temperature.When wearing the medical sampling gloves, the work efficiency drops by 19.2%.Comprehensively considering the subjective thermal sensa-tion of the subjects'hands, the developed electrically heated gloves can ensure the dexterity of hands working in the low-tem-perature environment for a long time. The research results can provide reference for the development of electrically heated gloves for outdoor sampling of medical staff.
