Development and application of real-time early-warning system for service life of coiled tubing
In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of service life assessment of coiled tubing( CT),a real-time early-warning system for service life of CT was constructed.The method of data cleaning was adopted to improve the quality of col-lected data,and combined with the theory of fatigue life and ultimate bearing capacity,an early-warning model was established and modified according to various working conditions.The system was developed based on Python and SQL database,and it was compared with the test and foreign system software.The results show that the average relative errors of fatigue life and ul-timate bearing capacity theoretical model of this system are 8.07% and 6.41% respectively,the maximum cumulative fatigue life of this system compared with the foreign system software is the maximum absolute difference of 2.06%,and the range of ultimate bearing capacity is the basically same.The research results can accurately evaluate the service life of CT,realize the real-time early-warning of the service life of CT,and ensure the safe operation of CT.
