Research on determination of leakage hazardous area of supercritical CO2 pipeline based on scenes
To investigate the diffusion characteristics of CO2 pipelines under complex terrain and building conditions, and de-termine the potential hazardous areas caused by CO2 pipeline leakage and diffusion,a three-dimensional model of the pipeline under typical scenes was constructed based on the k-ω SST model by using the finite element method. The influence of build-ing types, terrain conditions, and leakage hole diameters on the change in CO2 leakage and diffusion was analyzed, and the multivariate regression equations for the influence range of leakage under flat terrain were developed according to the numeri-cal analysis results. The results show that the CO2 leakage distance is influenced by the building, wind speed, and leakage hole diameter. The research results can provide theoretical support for assessing the hazardous areas of CO2 pipeline leakage in flat terrain as well as in areas with significant topographical variation and complex external environments.
