超长排烟行程下公路隧道人员疏散安全性研究

为探究采用全射流通风排烟方式下特长隧道的人员疏散特性,论证超长排烟行程下采用横向疏散模式的安全性,以慈利隧道工程为依托,获取超长排烟行程下隧道火灾烟气、CO体积分数、可见度等关键火灾参数,研究不同疏散方式及疏散口间距下的隧道人员安全疏散规律.研究结果表明:当人行横通道间距固定为200 m、宽度为1.5 m时,隧道内人员从火灾发生至完成逃生需约507 s,且随着人行横通道宽度的增加,疏散时间无明显变化;不同人行横通道间距、宽度下,隧道内人员从发生火灾到完成疏散的理论时间最长不超过841 s,小于人员疏散可用时间.因此,超长排烟行程下的公路隧道可通过设置人行、车行横通道,保障人员疏散安全.研究结果可为超过5000 m的特长公路隧道采用施工难度小、运营成本低的全射流通风排烟方案提供理论参考.
Study on personnel evacuation safety of highway tunnels under extra-long smoke exhaust stroke
In order to explore the personnel evacuation characteristics of extra-long tunnel under the mode of full jet ventila-tion and smoke exhaust,and demonstrate the safety of transverse evacuation mode under ultra-long smoke exhaust stroke,tak-ing Cili Tunnel as the base project,the smoke,CO volume fraction,visibility and other key fire parameters of tunnel fire under the extra-long smoke exhaust stroke were obtained,and the personnel safety evacuation laws of tunnel under different evacua-tion modes and spacing of evacuation exits were studied. The results show that when the spacing of pedestrian cross passage is fixed at 200 m and the width is 1.5 m,it takes about 507 s for the personnel in tunnel to escape from the awareness of fire oc-currence to the completion of evacuation,and there is no obvious change in the evacuation time with the increase of the width of pedestrian cross passage. The theoretical time from the fire occurrence to the completion of evacuation for the personnel in tunnel under different spacings and widths of pedestrian cross passage is not more than 841 s at the most,which is less than the available time of personnel evacuation. Therefore,the highway tunnel with ultra-long smoke exhaust stroke can ensure the safety of personnel evacuation by setting up the pedestrian and vehicle cross passages. The research results can provide theo-retical reference for the adoption of full jet ventilation and smoke exhaust scheme with little construction difficulty and low op-eration cost for extra-long highway tunnels over 5000 m.
