Study on dynamic evacuation scheme of university libraries with enhancing intervention of guidance personnel
The evacuation of densely populated places in universities is one of the important issues in campus emergency management. Firstly, based on the potential energy field and social force model, considering the factors such as the experience and ability of guidance personnel,a model for the influence of guidance personnel ability was established by improving the driving force variables. Secondly, taking a certain university library as an example, the AnyLogic simulation analysis was used to determine the optimization scheme of crowd evacuation under different situations, then the scheme was planned by using case reasoning, and the evacuation optimization scheme aiming at the actual situation of the university was proposed. Finally, based on the evacuation experimental data of actual scene, the issues of enhancing the intervention of guidance personnel, the influence of regional optimization on the overall optimization scheme, conducting the optimal allocation of guidance personnel according to the characteristics such as crowd density were studied. The results show that the dynamic programming evacuation scheme can significantly improve the evacuation efficiency. The research can provide reference for the emergency evacuation of universities.
