Research on influence of openness to digital transformation of employee on safety performance
In order to explore the influence of openness to digital transformation of employees in the coal mining industry on their safety performance and its action mechanism,the relative deprivation and work engagement were introduced to construct a chain mediation model. Four hypotheses were proposed based on the literature review. The questionnaire survey was conduc-ted on 472 employees in the coal mining industry by referring to mature scales,and SPSS26.0 and AMOS24.0 software were used to analyze the sample data and verify the hypothesized model. The results show that the openness to digital transformation can directly affect the employees' safety performance,or indirectly affect it through the independent mediating effect of rela-tive deprivation and work engagement,as well as the chain mediating effect of relative deprivation and work engagement. The research results not only expand the influence mechanism of employees' openness to digital transformation on safety perform-ance under the new background of digital transformation,but also can provide reference for the safety management of coal mine under the new background.
