Rural governance community is the political vision,social appeal and technical trend of constructing the grassroots governance system of joint construction,sharing and joint governance.This paper is based on structure theory and actor network theory,building the"structure-action"analytic framework of rural governance community construction,based on the practice of rural governance in the new era,The study shows that there are three logics in the construction of rural governance community:On the political level,grassroots party organizations form the political logic of political party integration through political absorption and organizational mobilization;On the social level,the reconstruction of"public nature"under the new collective economy and the integration of"local nature"in life governance form the social logic of household reconstruction;On the technical level,"digital + grid"has built the heterogeneous network of rural governance,and"digital + service"has built the translation mechanism of rural governance and formed the technical logic of digital empowerment.In a word,a profound analysis of the structural interaction and action superposition behind the triple logic has certain reference significance for understanding the construction logic of rural governance community and exploring the practical way.
