摘要
司法公信力是司法进步的标尺,是衡量司法改革成效的重要指标.司法公信力是由司法强制力、司法判断力、司法自控力、司法拒斥力和人权保障力等形成的合力.严格公正司法,不断提升司法公信力,是在法治轨道上推进中国式现代化的一个重要方面.当前,司法公信力建设应当坚持问题导向,积极应对新形势与新挑战,从司法系统内部和外部两个方面共同发力,并发挥好司法学对司法体制改革的学理支撑作用.
Abstract
Judicial credibility is the benchmark of judicial progress and an important indicator for measuring the effectiveness of judicial reform.Judicial credibility is the combined force of judicial compulsion,judicial judgment,judicial self-control,judicial rejection,and human rights protection.The strict and fair administration of justice and the continuous improvement of judicial credibility is an important aspect of promoting China's path of modernization on the track of the rule of law.At present,the construction of judicial credibility should adhere to a problem-oriented approach,actively respond to new situations and challenges,work together from both internal and external aspects of the judicial system,and give full play to the theoretical supporting role of judicial science.
