摘要
法治反腐是新时代中国的重要选择与生动实践.习近平法治思想中的法治反腐理论内涵丰富,深刻回答了中国语境下"为什么要法治反腐""什么是法治反腐""用什么样的法治反腐""怎么法治反腐""法治反腐怎么样"等问题,指导新时代法治反腐实践取得了丰硕成果.习近平法治思想中的法治反腐理论是法治反腐的中国理论,集中体现了法治反腐的中国智慧,为发展中国特色社会主义法治反腐理论作出了重大原创性贡献.
Abstract
Anti-corruption by the Rule of Law is an important choice and vivid practice for China in the new era.The Anti-corruption by the Rule of Law theory in Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law profoundly answers questions such as"why Anti-corruption by the Rule of Law","what is Anti-corruption by the Rule of Law","what kind of Anti-corruption by the Rule of Law","how Anti-corruption by the Rule of Law"and"how effective is Anti-corruption by the Rule of Law"in the Chinese context,guiding the Anti-corruption by the Rule of Law practice in the new era achieve fruitful results.TheAnti-corruption by the Rule of Law theoryin Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is a Chinese theory of Anti-corruption by the Rule of Law,which embodies the Chinese wisdom of Anti-corruption by the Rule of Law.It has made a major original contribution to the development of the socialist Anti-corruption by the Rule of Law theory with Chinese characteristics.
