摘要
习近平总书记关于大党独有难题的重要论述,其生成逻辑在于党不断加强自身建设的政治自觉与理论主动、党基于自身所处历史方位的深刻忧思、世界其他大党老党兴衰成败的警醒与借鉴."六个如何始终"是大党独有难题的具体样态,其内涵指向表现为永葆初心难题、维护集中统一难题、提升执政能力难题、保持精神状态难题、自我纠错难题、涵养政治生态难题.破解大党独有难题的主要路径包括坚持系统思维与治理思维、坚持党中央权威和集中统一领导、完善党的自我革命制度规范体系、锻造中国共产党强大政党能力.大党独有难题是新时代中国共产党对全面从严治党提出的新的重大命题,进一步丰富深化了马克思主义建党学说,为世界上其他政党管党治党提供了重要参考与借鉴.
Abstract
The logic of the important discussion of general secretary Xi Jinping on the special challenges of the large party lies in three aspects:the CPC continues to strengthen its political consciousness and theoretical initiative in self-construction,the CPC's deep concern based on its historical position,and the CPC's vigilance and reference to the successesand failures of other large parties or old parties in the world.The specific pattern of the special challenges ofthe large party contains six aspects,and its connotation is manifested as the challenge of maintaining the original intention,the challenge of maintaining centralized andunity,the challenge of improving thegoverning capacity,the challenge of maintaining mental state,the challenge of self-correcting,and the challenge of conserving political ecology.The main ways to tackle the special challenges of the large party include adhering to systematic thinking and governance thinking,upholding the authority of the CPC Central Committee and centralized and unified leadership,improving the the Party's self-revolutionaryinstitutionalized normative system,and forgingthe CPC's capacity as astrong political party.The special challenges ofthelarge party is a new major proposition put forward by the Communist Party of China in the new era forfull and strict governance over the Party,which enriching and deepening the Marxist theory of party building,and providing an important reference for other political parties in the world to govern the party.
