延安时期劳模荣誉表彰仪式的历史考察

摘要
延安时期中国共产党高度重视荣誉表彰工作,在局部执政区域为各行各业的特殊贡献者举办隆重的表彰仪式.延安时期劳模荣誉表彰仪式经历了一个逐步发展的过程,表彰对象评选标准、仪式规格、奖品设置等条例法规不断完善.在具体运行中通过规范仪式操演流程、彰显象征符号以及组织形式多样的文艺宣传等措施,扩大表彰仪式的影响力.延安时期的劳模荣誉表彰仪式在激发劳动热情和竞争活力、增进政治认同和情感认同、形塑劳动光荣的社会新风尚等方面发挥了举足轻重的作用.
Abstract
The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to honorary commendation work.During the Yan'an period,the CPC organizedgrand honor and commendation ceremonies for those with special contributions from allwalks of life in local governing areas.The honor commendation ceremony for model workers during the Yan'an period went through a gradual development process,with regulations such as the selection criteria for commendation objects,ceremony specifications,and prize setting constantly improving.In practice,the influence of the commendation ceremony has been expanded through measures such as standardizing ceremony procedures,highlighting symbols,and employing various forms of cultural and artistic promotion.The honor commendation ceremony for model workers during the Yan'an period played a decisive role in stimulating competitive vitality and production momentum,enhancing the political and emotional identification of the masses,and shaping a new social trend of labor is glorious.
