摘要
坚持党对生态文明建设的全面领导是习近平生态文明思想的首要政治准则.党的全面领导和党中央集中统一领导是新时代中国特色社会主义生态文明建设取得历史性成就、发生历史性变革的根本政治保证,具体体现在思想引领、制度创新和战略推动三个层面.总结新时代以来的实践经验,继续推进生态文明建设,必须以习近平生态文明思想为指导,始终坚持与加强党对生态文明建设的全面领导,深刻把握新时代生态文明建设提出的新任务、新要求,在全面建设社会主义现代化国家的历史进程中推动构建人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化.
Abstract
Upholding the Party's overall leadership in ecological conservation is the primary political principle of Xi Jinping thought on ecological conservation.The overall leadership of the CPC,and the centralized and unified leadership of its Central Committee in particular,constitutes fundamental political guarantee for the historic achievements and changes in ecological conservation in the New Era,which are clearly manifested in three aspects:ideological guidance,institutional innovation,and strategic promotion.To summarize the practical experience of the new era and continue to promote the ecological conservation,we must take Xi Jinping thought on ecological conservation as the guide,always uphold and strengthen the Party's overall leadership over ecological conservation,deeply grasp the new tasks and new requirements put forward by the construction of ecological conservation in the new era,and promote the construction of Chinese modernization with harmonious coexistence between human and nature in the historical process of building a modern socialist country in all respects.
