摘要
目的:观察清宫正骨手法联合旭痹片治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效.方法:选取60例辨证为肝肾亏虚合并瘀血痹阻型的KOA患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予清宫正骨手法联合旭痹片治疗,对照组予双氯芬酸钠缓释片联合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗.疗程结束3个月后,随访采用KOA严重指数(ISOA)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)法对两组进行评分及记录并发症发生情况,并统计临床疗效及行安全性评价.结果:两组治疗后ISOA,VAS评分均较治疗前明显改善(P＜0.05),但两组间改善程度比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);并发症发生率治疗组为0,对照组为16.67％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组总有效率为83.33％,对照组为80.00％,治疗组占优,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:两种方法均为治疗KOA的有效疗法,但清宫正骨手法联合旭痹片优于双氯芬酸钠缓释片联合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠疗法.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Gong Ting Manipulation combined with Wangbi Pian on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:60 patients who were determined as deficiency of liver and kidney complicated with stagnation of blood stasis in clinic order were randomly divided into treatment and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Gong Ting Manipulation combined with Wangbi Plan and the control group with diclofenac sodium sustain-released tablets combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in joint cavity.Three month after the course of treatment,the patients were followed up with KOA severity index(ISOA) and pain visual analogue scale(VAS) to score and record the incidence of complications in the 2 groups,also the clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated.Results:The VAS and ISOA scores in 2 groups were significantly improved after treatment(P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference between the 2 groups(P＞0.05).The incidence rate of complications in treatment group is 0,while the control group was 16.67％.There was significant difference between the 2 groups(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33％,better than that of the control group(80.00％),but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Two methods are effective in the treatment of KOA,but the effect Gong Ting Manipulation combined with Wangbi Pian is better than that of diclofenac sodium sustain-released tablets combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in joint cavity.
