摘要
张介宾是明末著名中医家,其所撰写的《景岳全书》关于腰痛的辨证施治、理法方药论述较为全面.张介宾辨证腰痛强调肝肾亏虚为致病之根本,与感受风、寒、湿、热以及跌扑损伤所致之气滞血瘀密切相关,注重应用补益肝肾、祛风散寒、清热利湿以及活血化瘀类中药.其辨治腰痛的思想对后世医家产生较为深远的影响.
Abstract
Zhang Jiebin was a famous doctor at the end of the Ming Dynasty.His book J ingyue Quanshu has a compre-hensive discussion on the treatment of low back pain based on syndrome differentiation,theory,method and prescription.Zhang Jiebin's theory on diagnosing and treating lower back pain emphasizes that liver and kidney deficiency is the root cause of the disease,which is closely related to feeling wind,cold,dampness,heat,and Qi stagnation and blood stasis caused by falling injuries.He paid attention to the application of traditional Chinese medicines such as tonifying liver and kidney,dispelling wind and cold,clearing heat and removing dampness,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood sta-sis.His thoughts on the differentiation and treatment of low back pain have had a profound impact on later medical practitioners.
