摘要
李慧英教授将酒精性股骨头坏死分为急性期、缓解期、稳定期,三期论治,病机总结为气血肾俱虚为本,湿热瘀痹阻为标.急性期对应中医证型湿热痹阻,以治标防变,以清热祛湿、通痹止痛为治法,方用四妙散加味;缓解期对应中医证型肾虚血瘀,以标本兼治,以补肾活血为治法,方用骨坏死方内服,同时配合壮骨膏外用;稳定期为气血肾俱虚,以补肾益气养血为治法,方用"三补一活"方颗粒剂口服.
Abstract
Professor Li Huiying divided the alcoholic femoral head necrosis into acute stage,remission stage,stable stage,and three stages of treatment.The pathogenesis was summarized as deficiency of Qi,blood and kidney,and damp-heat sta-sis obstruction.The acute phase corresponds to the TCM syndrome type damp-heat arthralgia,to treat symptoms and pre-vent changes,to clear heat and remove dampness,Tongbi and relieve pain as treatment methods,with Simiao powder.The relief period corresponds to the TCM syndrome type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,to treat both symptoms and root causes,tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation as the treatment method,the osteonecrosis prescription is taken internally,and the Zhuanggu ointment is used externally.In the stable period,the deficiency of Qi,blood and kidney is taken as the treatment of tonifying kidney and Qi and nourishing blood.
