复方四黄液联合负压封闭引流持续灌注冲洗对骨科急性开放创面修复的影响
Effect of Compound Sihuang Solution Combined with Vacuum Sealing Closed Drainage Continuous Perfusion Irrigation on Orthopedic Acute Open Wound Repair

摘要
目的:探讨复方四黄液联合负压封闭引流持续灌注冲洗对骨科急性开放性创面的临床疗效.方法:纳入2023年1月至2023年6月收治的60例急性开放创面患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例.均予常规清创治疗后,观察组用复方四黄液联合负压封闭引流进行持续灌注冲洗,对照组则用庆大霉素生理盐水混合液联合负压封闭引流术持续负压引流.在清创后及治疗后第7天和第14天对创面进行评估.结果:观察组治愈率及总有效率、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分结果、IL-6恢复正常时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组用药后创面色泽变化情况在清创后、治疗后第7天和第14天差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:复方四黄液联合负压封闭引流持续灌注冲洗对修复骨科急性创面能更好地控制伤口炎性反应,促进创面修复,获得良好的临床疗效.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound Sihuang solution combined with vacuum sealing closed drainage(VSD)continuous perfusion irrigation on acute open orthopedic wounds.Methods:60 patients with acute open wounds from January 2023 to June 2023 were included and randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).After conventional debridement treatment,the observation group received continuous perfusion irrigation with compound Sihuang solution combined with VSD,while the control group received continuous VSD with gentamicin saline mixture combined with VSD.The wound was evaluated after debridement,7 d after treatment and 14 d after treatment.Results:The cure rate,total effective rate,visual anologue scale(VAS)pain score and IL-6 recovery time of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in wound color change between the observation group and the control group after debridement,the 7th day after treatment and the 14th day after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound Sihuang solution combined with VSD continuous perfusion irrigation can better con-trol wound inflammatory response,promote wound repair,and obtain good clinical efficacy.
