葛根汤合黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗神经根型颈椎病48例
48 Cases Clinical Observation of the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Using Modified Decoction of Gegen Combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu

目的:观察葛根汤合黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法:收集自2021年9月至2022年4月就诊的48例风寒痹阻兼气血两虚型神经根型颈椎病患者病例资料.采用葛根汤合黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗,临床观察3周.比较治疗前后主要证候积分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分,观察临床疗效.结果:治疗总有效率为93.75％.治疗后主要证候积分、VAS评分及NDI评分均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:葛根汤合黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗神经根型颈椎病,可明显改善症状,提高患者生活质量,具有很好的临床疗效.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the modified decoction of Gegen combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:We analyzed 48 patients with Fenghan obstruction and deficiency of Qixue type cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,from September 2021 to April 2022,treated with the modi-fied decoction of Gegen combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu,and observed for 3 weeks.The main symptom scores,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,and neck disability index(NDI)scores before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment was 93.75％.After treatment,the main symptom scores,VAS scores,and NDI scores all significantly decreased,compared to that before treatment,with statistical significance(P＜0.01).Conclusion:The modified decoction of Gegen combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu can effectively improve symptoms and enhance the quality of life for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.It demonstrates excellent clinical efficacy.
