摘要
目的:分析关节镜下行Brostom-Gould修复术治疗慢性踝关节不稳定的短期临床疗效.方法:回顾性分析2018年6月至2022年6月收治慢性踝关节不稳定并行关节镜下踝关节韧带Brostrom-Gould修复术患者26例,所有纳入研究的患者均收集术前和术后6个月、12个月的随访视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、美国足踝矫形学会(American Orthopaedic Foot &-Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝和足评分和简易36健康调查(Short-Form 36 Health Survey,SF-36)评分.结果:术后6个月和12个月患者踝关节VAS评分较术前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);术后6个月和12个月患者踝关节AOFAS评分均明显高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).术后6个月和12个月患者SF-36(物理功能量表和心理健康量表)评分均明显高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:慢性踝关节不稳患者行关节镜下Brostrom-Gould修复术的短期随访临床疗效满意,并且有住院周期短、减轻患者创伤等优势.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the short-term clinical efficacy of arthroscopic rows of Brostrom-Gould repair in the treat-ment of chronic ankle instability.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 26 patients with chronic ankle insta-bility from June 2018 to June 2022,who underwent arthroscopic Brostrom-Gould repair of ankle ligaments.All patients included in the study collected visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at preoperative and postoperative 6 and 12 months,the American Orthopaedic Foot &-Ankle Society(AOFAS)scores and Short-Form 36 Health Survey(SF-36)scores.Results:The VAS scores of the ankle joint in patients at 6 and 12 months after surgery were significantly improved compared to preoperative,and the AOFAS scores of the ankle joint in patients at 6 and 12 months after surgery were significantly high-er than preoperative(P＜0.05).The SF-36 scores(physical function scale,mental health scale)of patients at 6 and 12 months after surgery were significantly higher than those before surgery(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Short-term follow-up of arthroscopic Brostrom-Gould repair in patients with chronic ankle instability can satisfy the clinical efficacy,and has advantages such as short hospitalization period and reduced patient trauma.
