颊针与平衡针联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘要
目的:分析颊针与平衡针联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的效果.方法:选取腰椎间盘突出症患者68例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(颊针联合平衡针)和对照组(颊针),各34例.比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候评分、日本骨科协会(JOA)腰椎治疗评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分和不良反应发生率.结果:两组患者整体疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).与对照组治疗后比较,观察组中医证候评分及ODI评分均更低,JOA评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:颊针联合平衡针可提高腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能,安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of combined buccal needle and balance needle in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:68 LDH patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.Compare the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,Japanese orthopedic association(JOA)lumbar assessment treatment score,Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)score and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients.Results:There was no significant difference in overall effica-cy between the two groups of patients(P＞0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the observation group had lower TCM syndrome scores,ODI scores,and higher JOA scores in all dimensions(P＜0.05).There was no differ-ence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination of buccal nee-dle and balance needle can improve lumbar spine function in LDH patients with high safety.
