This article summarizes the clinical experience of Professor Kuang Jianjun,who believes that"deficiency,static blood,toxin"is the key mechanism of knee osteoarthritis deficiency of vital Qi,pathogenic Qi takes advantage of the opportunity to enter and flow into the bones,thus affecting Qi and blood,resulting in channel blockage,stagnation of blood into stasis,stasis for a long time,pathogenic Qi accumulates and disperses,and then toxin is produced,corroding the mus-cles and bones.Toxin will make the vital Qi even more deficient and the stagnation even deeper.Professor Kuang Jianjun attaches importance to the role of Qi and blood,replenishing Qi and nourishing blood throughout the treatment,clinically based on the degree of development of deficiency,static blood,toxin,is divided into three phases of treatment,the early emphasis on the"adjustment",the middle appropriate to"pass",and in the late stage,it is necessary to"clear",and it adopts the methods of promoting Qi and blood,removing blood stasis,and pulling out the evil toxins,and it applies the Siwu decoction and the Quyu Tongbi decoction,respectively,Wuhu Badu decoction,at the same time,combined with the characteristics of the patient's symptoms,the flexible addition and subtraction of drugs,blocking and delaying the development of the disease.
