摘要
目的 观察大黄配方颗粒对急性胰腺炎(AP)患者炎症指标[白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-12P70(IL-12P70)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平的影响.方法 回顾性分析2021年8月至2022年8月安徽医科大学第二附属医院急诊外科诊治的61例AP患者的临床资料,将未使用大黄配方颗粒者分为对照组(31例)、使用大黄配方颗粒者分为观察组(30例),动态监测两组患者使用大黄配方颗粒治疗前后炎症指标水平的变化,对比分析大黄对两组患者炎症指标水平的影响.结果 对照组入院后72 h的IL-5、IFN-γ、IL-12P70、TNF-α水平均高于入院时(P＜0.01),而观察组入院后72 h的IL-5、IFN-γ、IL-12P70、TNF-α水平均低于入院时.结论 大黄配方颗粒可明显降低AP患者炎症指标IL-5、IFN-γ、IL-12P70、TNF-α水平,从而改善AP患者的炎症反应.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of rhubarb on inflammatory markers of IL-5,IFN-y,IL-12P70,TNF-α in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods:The clinical data of 61 AP patients treated in the Emergency Surgery Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from August 2021 to August 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Those who did not use rhubarb formula granules were selected as the control group(31 cases)and those who used rhubarb formula granules were selected as the observation group(30 cases).The changes of inflammatory indexes in two groups were dynamically monitored before and after treat-ment with rhubarb formula granules,and the effects of rhubarb on inflammatory indexes in two groups were com-pared and analyzed.Results:The levels of IL-5,IFN-y,IL-12P70 and TNF-α in the control group at 72 h after admission were higher than those at the time of admission(P＜0.01),while the levels of IL-5,IFN-y,IL-12P70 and TNF-α in the observation group at 72 h after admission were lower than those at the time of admission(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Rhubarb formula granules can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory indicators IL-5,IFN-γ,IL-12P70,TNF-α in AP patients,so as to improve the inflammatory response in AP patients.
