Experience in Diagnosis and Treatment of Low Back Pain with the Meridian-tendon Reinforcement Theory in Zhuang Medicine
Based on specific clinical cases,the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment of low back pain under the guidance of the meridian-tendon reinforcement theory in Zhuang medicine were analyzed and sorted out.Zhuang doctors believe that the pathogenesis of low back pain is due to"qi""poison""deficiency"and"stasis".The meridi-ans and tendons,under various pathogenic factors,lead to the blocking of toxins and pathogens.The main treat-ment methods should be to regulate qi,detoxify,remove blood stasis,and supplement deficiency.The occurrence of low back pain is due to the imbalance of the four-dimensional phase,while the poison does not disappear.If the intersection is out of touch,blood stasis will lead to obstruction.The pathway of qi loses control,and the qi does not adjust.Deficiency of qi and blood will not go away.The three pathways and two pathways are blocked,the meridi-ans and tendons lose their nourishment,and the three qi systems of heaven,earth,and human beings cannot synchronize,resulting in the onset of disease.By exploring the location of the tendon node,identifying the lesion,and applying the meridian manipulation,the"three channels and two pathways"can be unblocked,so that the three qi systems of heaven,earth,and human beings can be restored in synchronization and have a therapeutic ef-fect.
