摘要
笔者根据重症肌无力(MG)发生发展演变特点,将其分为早期、缓解期、稳定期、恢复期、波动复发期等5期,探讨了不同时期的临床和免疫学变化特点,并在此基础上首次提出免疫抑制、免疫调节、免疫增强、免疫重建的MG 4个阶段免疫调节治疗思路及方法.
Abstract
Myasthenia gravis(MG)can be divided into five stages according to the characteristics and disease developing process:early stage,remission stage,stable stage,recovery stage,fluctuation and recurrence stage.We discussed the clinical and immunological changes in different stages,and proposed the idea and method of four stages of immune regulation treatment of MG for the first time,including immunosuppression,immune regulation,immune enhancement and immune reconstruction.
