Effects of Yixintai Granules on the Expression of AMPK,PGC-1α in Rats with Chronic Heart Failure of Heart Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis and Water Retention Syndrome
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yixintai Granules on the expression of AMPK,PGC-1α in Rats with chronic heart failure of heart Qi deficiency and blood stasis and water retention syndrome.Methods:Propylthiouracil(PTU)suspension was used to gavage and adriamycin(ADR)intraperitoneally injected to replicate a rat model of chronic heart failure of heart Qi deficiency and blood stasis and water retention syndrome.The suc-cessfully modeled rats were randomly divided into model group,Yixintai high-dose group,Yixintai medium-dose group,Yixintai low-dose group and trimetazidine group.Besides,a normal control group was also set up.Rats in each administration group were given corresponding drugs,and the model group and the normal control group were given the same volume of distilled water once a day for 4 weeks.After the experiment,NT-proBNP of serum,FFA,ATP/AMP,LAC,pAMPK,AMPK,PGC-1α of cardiac tissue in rats were detected.Results:Compared with the model group,the NT-proBNP in serum and FFA,LAC in cardiac tissue in each administration group were de-creased(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01),while the LVEF,ATP/AMP and the relative gray value of p-AMPK,AMPK and PGC-1αprotein in cardiac tissue were significantly increased(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusion:Yixintai Gran-ules can promote p-AMPK,AMPK and PGC-1α in rats with chronic heart failure of heart qi deficiency and blood stasis and water retention syndrome to improve myocardial energy metabolism.
