Clinical Application of Chaijin Lidan Decoction in The Treatment of Acute Liver Failure of Liver Cancer under the Guidance of"Neutralization"
Acute liver failure is one of the serious complications of middle and advanced liver cancer,which is caused by a large number of acute hepatocyte necrosis or severe dysfunction of hepatocytes,resulting in short-term progression to hepatic encephalopathy and even life-threatening critical illness.Its disease is rapid and dan-gerous.According to traditional Chinese medicine,acute liver failure of liver cancer belongs to the category of"ful-minant jaundice",which is caused by liver and gallbladder,followed by other diseases,and blood stasis,residual dampness and heat all damage to the liver and spleen for a long time.The main location of the disease is the liver,gallbladder,spleen and stomach,and the basic pathogenesis is weakness of the spleen and stomach.The ascending and descending division accumulates the carcinogenic toxin,and the epidemic virus is blazing,fighting in the liver and gallbladder.The authors think that when this kind of disease occurs,it should be treated according to syn-drome differentiation from the two aspects of"dredging the Fu Organs"and"promoting dampness",and put for-ward the application of Chaijin Lidan Decoction,for soothing the liver and promoting gallbladder,clearing away heat and gallbladder and retreating jaundice,and carrying out the theoretical thought of"Neutralization".While fighting cancer,we should combine dispelling pathogens with supporting vital qi,and pay attention to the regula-tion and treatment after the disease.The clinical effect is excellent.
