摘要
笔者认为甲亢性心脏病以肝、心为主,波及肺脾肾;治疗上以益气养心、宁心安神、温阳利水为主,配合疏肝解郁、活血化瘀、涤痰散结;在临床上可收到较好疗效.
Abstract
The authors believe that hyperthyroid heart disease is mainly caused by the liver and heart,affecting the lungs,spleen and kidneys,and that the treatment is mainly to benefiting qi and nourishing heart,calming the heart for tranquillization,warming yang for diuresis,and cooperate with the liver to relieve depression,promote blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis,and cleanse phlegm and dissipate knots.It can receive good clinical efficacy.
