Effects of Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with Quadruple Therapy on Gastric Mucosal Protection,Gastrointestinal Flora Distribution and Oxidative Stress Response in Patients with Acute Gastric Ulcer
Objective:To investigate the effects of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with quadruple therapy on gastric mucosa protection, gastrointestinal flora distribution and oxidative stress response in patients with acute gastric ulcer. Methods:A total of 86 patients with acute gastric ulcer admitted were selected and divided into control group and observation group(43 cases each)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with quadruple Helicobacter pylori, and the observation group was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoc-tion according to the clinical experience of the famous old Chinese medicine chief doctor Ma Wanqian. The clini-cal efficacy, gastric mucosal protective factor level, oxidative stress response and gastrointestinal flora distribution were compared between the two groups. Results:In the study,a total of 3 cases were removed and dropped out from the two groups, and a total of 83 cases were finally included, including 41 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the observation group. The total effective rate of observation group was 92.86%,which was higher than 75.61%of the control group(P<0.05).The level of pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG Ⅰ)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, but the level of pepsinogen Ⅱ(PGⅡ)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in observation group was higher than that in con-trol group, and the levels of nitric oxide(NO)and malondialdehyde(MD A)were lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the number of enterococcus and Enterobacterium in observation group was less than that in control group, while the number of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus was more than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with quadruple therapy can protect gastric mucosa, regulate gastrointestinal flora distribution and reduce oxidative stress in patients with acute gastric ulcer.
