摘要
和法古往今来都备受争议,张仲景运用和法治疗胸痹更具有典型特色.本文简要分析了和法之和解、和中、调和的内涵和《伤寒论》中张仲景对和法的诠释与应用.旨在总结归纳张仲景于《伤寒论》中运用和法,抓住胸痹主要病机,从营卫、气血、阴阳三方面辨证治疗胸痹的遣方用药.
Abstract
The harmonizing method has been controversial throughout the ages,and Zhang Zhongjing's use of this"harmonizing"method to treat chest paralysis quite typical.This paper briefly analyzes the connotation of rec-onciliation,neutralization and harmonization of the"harmonizing"method,as well as Zhang Zhongjing's interpreta-tion and application of the"harmonizing"method in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases.The purpose of this study is to summarize Zhang Zhongjing's use of the"harmonizing"method in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseas-es,grasp the main pathogenesis of chest paralysis,and treat chest paralysis from the three aspects of yingfen and weifen,blood and qi,yin and yang.
