The Role of Integrated Teaching of First-aid Skills Module in the Training of First-aid Skills of TCM Clinical Postgraduates Based on Mixed Teaching Concept
Objective:To evaluate the effect of integrated first-aid skills module teaching in the training of first-aid skills of TCM clinical postgraduates based on mixed teaching concept.Methods:A control study was conducted on the 60 TCM clinical master's degree postgraduates,who studied in the Emergency Department of Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to August 2023.According to the admission month,60 TCM clinical master's degree postgraduates were randomly divided into the traditional teaching group(TTG)and the mixed teaching group(MTG),with 30 students each.The scores of entering and leav-ing the Emergency Department,first-aid skills and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Re-sults:The theoretical scores(84.07±9.89)and skill scores(84.77±8.55)of the MTG were higher than(78.93± 9.85)and(80.27±8.17)of the TTG(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in teaching satisfaction be-tween MTG(90%)and the TTG(80%)(P>0.05).The score of first aid ability acquisition in MTG[8(8,8)]was higher than that in TTG[7(7,8)](P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated teaching of first-aid skills module based on mixed teaching concept is helpful to improve the first-aid ability of TCM clinical master's degree post-graduates.
