The"chest-qi theory"created by Zhang Xichun,a famous Chinese and western medicine practitioner,has been widely used in various systemic diseases.Based on Mr Zhang Xichun's exposition of the chest-qi theory and clinical experience,the article introduces it into the study of post-procedural percutaneous coronary interven-tion(PCI)for acute myocardial infarction(AMI),from the perspective of chest-qi theory to the understanding of post-procedural PCI for AMI,and from the perspective of chest-qi collapse to regulate post-procedural PCI for AMI.One medical case is attached,hoping to enrich the theory and treatment of AMI PCI postoperatively.
