Clinical Efficacy Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine"Lijingguicao"Manipulation Combined with Kinesio Taping in the Treatment of Postpartum Diastasis Recti Abdominis
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine"Lijingguicao"manipula-tion combined with kinesio taping on postpartum diastasis recti abdominis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with postpartum diastasis recti abdominis in our hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and con-trol group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given simple TCM"Lijingguicao"manipulation treat-ment,and the experimental group was given TCM"Lijingguicao"manipulation treatment combined with kinesio taping,once every 3 days,for a total of 5 times of treatment.The low back pain VAS score,abdominal circumfer-ence and the distance of diastasis recti abdominis under ultrasound were evaluated before and after treatment.Re-sults:Before and after treatment,the VAS score of low back pain,abdominal circumference and the distance of di-astasis recti abdominis under ultrasound were significantly improved in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the data of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The TCM"Lijinggui-cao"manipulation can effectively improve postpartum diastasis recti abdominis,and the combination of kinesio tap-ing yields better effect.
