Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zishen Qingwei Jiedu Decoction on aggressive periodon-titis(AgP).Methods:92 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 46 cases in each group.The control group received western medicine treatment(basic treatment+metronidazole),and the treatment group was added with Zishen Qingwei Jiedu Decoction on this basis.All were treated for 2 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,AgP detection indicators,peripheral blood NETs markers(cf-DNA,MPO-DNA,NE),peripheral blood IL-6,IL-8,IL-1β,TNF-a before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The correlation between NETs markers and AgP detection indicators was analyzed,and the clinical effica-cy of the two groups was observed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of con-trol group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score,AgP detection index,NETs markers cf-DNA,MPO-DNA and NE and inflammatory factor levels(IL-6,IL-8,IL-1 β,TNF-α)in the two groups were significantly de-creased compared with before treatment(P＜0.05),and the decrease was more obvious in treatment group than con-trol group(P＜0.05).There was a positive correlation between the NETs markers and the detection index of AgP.Conclusion:Zishen Qingwei Jiedu Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of AgP(syndrome of kidney yin deficiency and stomach fire excess)has definite effect,which can improve the periodontal condition of patients and reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body.
